As an interim executive, I focus on both medium to large-sized privately owned companies and smaller publicly traded companies. My emphasis is on general management roles with a commercial orientation. I have worked within DSM for three divisions (pharmaceutical raw materials, food ingredients, and nutrition), and with each transition, I was quick to grasp the business.

My previous experience as an interim business unit director at PostNL has taught me that I can swiftly adapt to a new environment and, in a short time, alongside the team, review, gain approval for, and oversee the implementation of the strategy.

I’m open to assignments with both short-term and longer-term durations.
